Clear Skincare Clinic Cockburn

So in love with going to Clear Skincare in Cockburn... the gorgeous girls make me feel gorgeous inside and out everytime I visit!!

Always leaving the clinic super impressed with my laser hair removal treatments with Katinka, started seeing noticeable results after my second treatment! Aren't like most clinics that rush you out the door with out providing the knowledge of after care! Not to mention all staff are super friendly and welcoming, will forever be returning here as I genuinely always feel taken care of.

I had worst experience with them, as i got paid full face laser, but I was only doing sides of face, lip and chin, but they haven’t done that properly, they even don’t cover whole sides of the face properly not even chin properly. I am still getting the hair growth on my face as before, it was my 6th treatment as i have done first two treatments somewhere else, but my face hair looking worst than before.

The entire experience from start to finish was terrible. I arrived 8 minutes late to my Laser appointment with Sharon. I was turned away entirely and rescheduled for that afternoon (an hour and a half later). I was told that I was pushing back other appointments by being under 10 minutes late.I returned an hour and a half later for my rescheduled appointment. I was uncomfortable throughout the whole treatment process, Sharon stayed in the room while I undressed and I wasn’t provided with a towel to cover myself during treatment, I was told they could not provide towels due to covid.I expressed my concerns to Sharon and she responded argumentatively and unprofessionally, I asked for the contact details of Clear Skincare’s owner and was told they “don’t have an owner”.

My experience here has been nothing but positive from my first laser consultation to my ongoing treatments now. I have had a couple of different therapists and they have all been amazing, knowledgeable and professional. I have been seeing Katinka regularly for my laser treatments and she is just wonderful. So thorough and informative, and I always look forward to my treatments with her for a good chat. I always feel so comfortable and welcomed warmly every time, not to mention the amazing results I've had where I barely have to shave anymore! Can't recommend this place more.

I was few minutes late for an appointment so the staff cancelled and rebooked me for a later appointment when there are numerous time where let me wait for more than 30 mins. I wouldn’t agree if they say that they are under staff because there are 3 staff at the reception during that time and there was no one waiting at the bay. It was just frustrating when they told me before that skin pen was not available and they told me they will just call when it’s available. Waited for several months and got no call not until I called them and asked. To my surprise it was available already. I didn’t complain or said anything. Previous appointment they even let me do my own mask at home as the mask they have it’s not available during that time. If they really value customer they could have asked me before hand if that’s alright with me not when I’m already at the table. I was really patient and understanding with their shortcomings. I am really disappointed and unhappy with the service.

I had an anti-wrinkle treatment done with the injector here. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable being under her care. She knew exactly what she was doing and explained how much I would need and what result I will see after the treatment. You can tell she is passionate and cares deeply about making clients feel their best in their own skin and this is why I could give her my full trust without hesitation. Definitely recommend coming here and seeing her!

I've been to 4 different skincare clinics and this is by far the best one I've been to. The others I've been to haven't been great. I've felt rushed spending just 10 minutes in there when appointments are supposed to be 20-25mins. I usually get the derma pen done and having it done here is the only time I've left feeling 100% satisfied. I felt they took their time ensuring all areas were done over adequately and to a high standard unlike the other places where I felt they rushed over areas and missed parts of my face. Will definitely be returning to this clinic and most definitely not any other.

Laser treatment has been amazing for me, underarms, bikini line and full legs, hairless! I feel confident and no more razors! ALL the girls i have had the treatment from are outstanding, so very professional, they explain every step, answer questions, friendly. Laser is affordable, I thought it would be too expensive but with the girls advising of specials and the packages available, it is very reasonable. Money well spent!
