This clinic used to be amazing under old management and actually care about client results, but since change the clinic only care about bringing you back to pay for as many sessions as possible, rather than treating the area at appropriate strength to get results. After 4 years of treating the area with laser, I knew it was time to leave after the manager told me it was time to start coming in every 4 weeks again. All about money, never about client care. Since I have gone to Silk and am blown away with their care for results

I looked long and hard at these reviews before deciding where to get laser treatment. The first time I came in, before even asking for my name, the girl started lecturing me about my melasma (brown patches on my face, which of course make me very self-conscious). I felt horrible. My whole evaluation session was spent talking about that instead of providing instructions for the treatment I was actually undertaking (underarm laser hair removal). The aftercare instructions were confusing and unclear. After 10 sessions I had barely any results and was honestly disappointed. I now find the high score to be deceiving. They basically give people free stuff for 5 star reviews (see picture).

If there is minus star i would give that one I started laser hair removal treatment with laser clinics l for sides of my face and underarms . After i got 11 sessions for my face I got even more hairs on sides of my face and even on my chin as well. So disappointed with it. Before starting the treatment i searched little bit that laser can stimulate hair follicole so where u do not have hair does not do laser I even explained the girl as well but still now i got more hair on sides of my face and even on chin as well its so frustating after getting 11 session there is not even a little improvement it got more worse never ever go to them again.

I’ve been to the CBD clinic a few times already for laser but today I had the lovely Anna for my session today, she was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable! She was so well educated about laser and skin in general, and taught me so much about my skin and products that I didn’t know about. Definitely recommend her to anyone that goes to this clinic!!

I visited this clinic in September last year to get lip filler done. As a first time client to any skin/laser clinic I was highly impressed by their professionalism and expertise, especially by Sharon who assisted me from the booking stage to attending my appointment. I was made very comfortable and informed of the procedure throughout, by nurse Maria as well who did a fantastic job! I cannot wait to come back <3

Chantelle would have to be the rudest person I've ever met in a customer service role. Incapable of listening to the customer instead you get robotic responses about extra for this extra for that, shave that despite saying I want exactly as I had done last time.It was all about extortion for extras covered last time.. All in all my treatment was 10 minutes if that yet they charge extra for 5 hairs....absolute joke.No wonder old staff are gone who were excellent she is disgraceful.Then for less treatment than last time they tried to charge me $30 more absolute joke they just make up the rules as they like.Lost my service in the future.Zero points for customer service.Looking forward to their BS response to this.Good to see the owner is also incapable of reading. The fact I had stated I booked and requested the same as last time obviously went over your overcharging head!

I recently had an appointment with Layaly at Laser Clinics for the first time and it was beyond my expectations! I was very specific with regards to what I wanted and Layaly still managed to achieve it perfectly. She made me feel very comfortable and the treatment was almost pain free. I can confidently say Layaly is one of the best nurses out there and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the way my lips turned out. Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work :)
